Week 2: Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu

Step up the adventure level with an epic trek across the Andes to Machu Picchu. Follow in the footsteps of Inca roadbuilders on the remote Salkantay route over icy mountain passes and through mysterious cloud forests to the remains of a fallen civilisation. This is the way to the Lost City of the Inca for those who prefer the path less travelled.

Week 3: Endangered Animal Sanctuary

Calling all animal lovers – this is the week for you! Gain practical, hands-on experience in wildlife conservation at a private animal sanctuary. Help improve the lives of threatened species native to the Peruvian coasts and jungles whilst supporting the sanctuaries efforts to create a safe habitat for all the animals.

Week 4: Beach days & Lima

There’s no better way to end your adventure than experiencing the idyllic beaches on Peru’s Pacific coast. Soak up the atmosphere in the beach towns, enjoy the pristine blue water or just kick back and enjoy some sun! Your adventure will finish in the ancient and historical capital city of Lima, take in the colonial architecture before boarding your flight home.
