Cape Town - Your adventure starts in the Mother City – Cape Town. Meet your leaders and the rest of your group at the airport and get ready for an action-packed week in one of the world’s most iconic destinations. Hike up to the top of Table Mountain and see a stunning panorama of the city.
Township Project - Next you will volunteer at our daycare centre near Oudsthoorn. Here you will draw on all your resources to create a positive and lasting impact on the children who attend the centre – a truly memorable and life changing experience!
The Garden Route - Trundle along the picturesque Western Cape, with plenty of opportunities to stop and take part in a variety of activities – whale watching, snorkelling and scuba diving - as well as learning to surf in Jeffery's Bay or taking part in one of the highest bungee jumps in Nature's Valley. Arrival in Port Elizabeth offers plenty more to see, from the oceanarium and the beach, to the happening night life!
Wildlife Conservation at Game Reserve - A once-in-a-lifetime-chance to get behind-the-scenes and involved with the conservation efforts of one of the largest Game Reserves in South Africa! As a volunteer you will take part in a variety of long and short term projects to create sustainability for years to come. Activities include game monitoring, counting rehabilitation and research with the Reserve’s experienced staff
Wild Coast, Lesotho and Durban - You’ll head further East along the dramatic Wild Coast; Mountain Biking in Hogsback, canoeing down the Umtata River, dolphin Watching in Mapande and trekking in the Drakensburg mountains – the list of adventures is endless! You’ll also take a trip into the kingdom of Lesotho to see a completely different country and way of life.
Mozambique and Swaziland - As you make your way into South Africa's closest, but often unexplored neighbours, you will have the opportunity for some beach activities before making your way into Swaziland and a visit to an aboriginal Swazi tribe.
Kruger National Park - The final leg of your trip sees your returning to South Africa to see the animals of the Savannah up close and personal, along with a trip to the famous Jane Goodall's Chimpanzee Eden (aww, cute!).
